RETRA Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 June 2026
1. What RETRA is
RETRA is a digital disposable-style camera experience used at participating events. Users can take a limited number of photos and request a digital album by email.
2. Event access
RETRA cameras are only available through official event QR codes. There is no general public camera available at retra.photos.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the photos you take using RETRA. You must only take photos that are lawful, appropriate and respectful.
You must not use RETRA to capture, upload or share offensive, abusive, illegal, harmful or otherwise inappropriate content.
4. Album delivery
When you request your album, we will use reasonable efforts to create and email it to the email address you provide.
Album delivery may depend on internet connection, email providers, device compatibility and third-party services. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
5. Photo permissions
When requesting your album, you may choose whether the event organiser can access and use your photos for social media, marketing and promotional purposes.
If you choose not to give photo permission, your raw photos may be deleted after your album has been generated and sent.
6. Email and privacy
We process personal data, including email addresses and photos, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
By requesting your album, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
RETRA is provided on an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee that RETRA will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page.
