RETRA is a digital event camera platform that allows guests to capture photos and receive a digital album by email.

• Create and deliver your digital album.

4. Event organiser access

During album request, you may choose whether the event organiser can access and use your photos for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.

If you choose “Yes”, RETRA may retain and make your photos available to the relevant event organiser.

If you choose “No”, your photos will remain private and may be deleted after your album has been successfully generated and delivered.

5. Email addresses

Your email address is used to send your album and provide services connected with your RETRA experience.

Where disclosed during the album request process, your email address may also be shared with the event organiser in connection with that event.

6. Storage and security

Photos and related event data may be stored using trusted third-party providers. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the RETRA service and fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

Where photo-use consent is declined, photos may be removed after album delivery.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information.
